De Press is a Polish-Norwegian rock band founded in Oslo in 1980. They were among the leading Norwegian new wave bands, and also gained a following in Poland. The original De Press had the following line-up: * Andrej Nebb (Andrzej Dziubek) - vocals and bass * Jørn Christensen - guitar * Ola Snortheim - drums and percussion De Press (2007-2010): * Andrej Nebb - vocals and industrial pudding * Darek Budkiewicz- bass * Tomasz Fudala - guitar * Lukasz Gocal- drums They recorded their first album in 1981 with the title Block to Block. The original De Press disbanded in 1981, but also recorded an album in 1982. They reunited in 1991. By 1995, Nebb was the only remaining original member. With various line-ups, Nebb's De Press still tour and release records in Poland.

Ron Paul Plan To Restore America Press Conference
The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign announced the release of Dr. Paul's "Plan to Restore America," an ambitious federal government spending, tax and reform blueprint that as President he will implement. The plan, authored by Paul's campaign staff at his direction, promises to restore the federal government to its former Constitutionally-limited, smaller-government and less-burdensome place. The plan cuts $1 trillion in federal spending during the first year of a Paul Presidency and delivers a balanced budget in year three of a Paul Presidency. "Ron Paul's plan is the only one that seriously addresses the economic and budgetary problems our nation faces. It cuts $1 trillion in one year, and slashes regulations and taxes so our economy can grow and create jobs," said Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton, a plan co-author. "It's the only plan offered by a presidential candidate that actually balances the budget and begins to pay down the debt. And it's the only plan being offered that tries to reign in the Federal Reserve and get inflation under control." Cuts totaling $1 trillion during the first year of a Paul Presidency would be achieved by eliminating five federal cabinet departments -- the Departments of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Interior and Education. PAUL MCCARTNEY PRESS. "Press" is a 1986 single by Paul McCartney also featured on the album Press to Play. "It's Not True" was featured as the B-side. Various issues in the UK include two 7" singles ("Press" and "Press-video edit"), a 10" single in a special fold-out sleeve and two 12" singles. In the UK a Hugh Padgham mix and edit of "Press" was released on the single, but was quickly withdrawn and replaced with the preferred Bevans/Forward mix. Though hitting the Top 30 in both the US and UK, "Press" was not a successful single and marked the beginning of a downturn of McCartney's fortunes on the singles chart. Namely, it was the first time since "Back To the Egg" in 1979 that a lead single from a McCartney album failed to hit the Top 20. This may have been because "Press" did not fit neatly into album-oriented rock or adult-contemporary radio formats popular at the time.

A detailed tutorial explaining the principles and techniques behind the most basic of press to handstands, the straddle press. Using the same techniques and progressions displayed in this tutorial, you can learn a tuck press, pike press, planche press, straddle lever press, L sit press, V sit press and any other press to handstand that you can think of! If you haven't seen my handstand tutorial, or indeed any other handstand tutorial on Youtube and you can't do a controlled handstand for a fair amount of time, I suggest you take a look at a tutorial and learn to do a decent handstand before following this tutorial. My handstand tutorial can be found by following this link: www.youtube.com If after trying, you are still having trouble with lifting your hips before your legs; follow this link for a really excellent drill which should help you, it focuses solely on the lifting of the hips: www.youtube.com My straddle press to handstand is by no means perfect in terms of technique, ideally you should get your hips right over your head before you start to lift your feet. I have enough strength to reach handstand even when my hips are only above my hands. It is not recommended, but if you are strong enough to do so, there is not necessarily anything wrong with doing that. In the first clip I am wearing ankle weights to make it more difficult, this is a great way of improving the strength needed for this move, even if you use them whilst practicing against a wall, it will make <b>...</b>
